| Brief Description About the Programme | The programme aims at strengthening the skills and abilities of the participants to enable them to perform their functions more effectively and professionally. The programme will focus on the effective role of engineering services in R&D laboratories in the rapidly changing environment. The programme will broadly cover project management and contract administration, contemporary construction materials & techniques, e-tendering, GFR, preventive vigilance in construction works and maintenance, green building design & practices, fire safety and quality control & electrical safety, managerial skills, self-motivation etc. The pedagogy of the programme will include interactive lectures, demos, immersion visit and experience sharing. |
